All edible wafer cutouts are made with kosher, vegan, gluten-free premium wafer paper made from potato starch, palm or olive oil, and water. The coloring I use is food grade, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and FDA compliant, and passes all food safety tests.

Although the ingredients are nut-free and kosher, my products are not made in a kosher, nut-free facility.

Wafer paper has an extraordinarily long shelf life. For best results, please keep your flair in its sealed package at room temperature until ready to use. A little water works well to attach wafer to wafer, but if you add too much then the wafer will dissolve. Attach to your creations using a little dab of icing, frosting, corn syrup, or warm chocolate. Do not refrigerate, as the moisture will ruin your product. The “edible glues” that are sold will also dissolve the wafer and make it brittle.PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS AND PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO SIZING. Every cutout should have dimensions listed and a photo with cutouts on a sizing grid.
